Registration Instructions
- All applicants must complete the 3 registration phases.
- OTP verification is mandatory before proceeding.
- Applicants must provide valid identification details and BVN.
- Business applicants must provide accurate business registration details.
- All submitted information must be correct and verifiable.
- False information may lead to disqualification or account suspension.
- Registration session expires after 30 minutes.
- Payment instructions will appear after successful registration.
Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Membership
1. Membership is available under both Tier-Level Membership and Alliance Partner Groups.
2. Alliance Partner participation requires a valid Service Level Agreement (SLA) with MADAP WC UnionHouse.
3. Membership with MADAP WC UnionHouse under MonuGold American DAP WalletCard Ltd is mandatory, and annual membership fees apply based on selected tier level and services required.
4. Membership includes account creation for Individuals or Organisations through Adike Micro Finance Bank Ltd and approved Alliance Partner Banks via the MADAP WC Portal.
5. LASISMA (Lagos State Informal Space Management Authority) will provide further instructions regarding informal space allotment qualifications and processing within Lagos State.
6. Successful applicants may receive permits for informal space allotment where applicable.

• Additional charges may apply depending on tier level and extra services requested.
